    Died after 2 years

    Faulty screen - buyer beware! This TV worked fine for about 2 years. It was used a few hours every other day. A little more than 2 years after I bought it, I started having problems turning it off. A few months later it started power cycling every few minutes and I wasn't able to turn it off unless I unplugged it. Doing some research online, I found that this was a common problem in this model and that the easiest/cheapest fix is to block some of the pins in the ribbon cable connecting the t-con board to the main board. Most experts online mentioned that there is a faulty diode in the tape connector at the bottom of the screen. The fix works for most people but generally leaves lines of dead pixels on your screen. I have no idea if this works. I spent hours trying to troubleshoot the TV, contacted 2 repair shops and priced out parts. If you're handy this might work for you. I am not handy so I'll be buying a new TV when I can afford it. I'm a longtime Samsung TV customer as are 5he other members of my family. the shortest lived TV out of all in my family lasted 12 years. My TV was the newest and had a very good reviews when I was shopping for a TV. I doubt I'll ever buy a Samsung TV again and am looking at Sony and LG TV's. Don't buy this model!

    Bought this TV in 2020 and it was great until the power supply board randomly went out this week. After just 3 years of use, this is extremely disappointing.

    Beware of short life

    If you want a TV to last 3 years, this is great, but don't expect any more. Our tv is now power cycling endlessly and nothing is working to fix it. After reading other people's experiences with this, we were lucky to not have it happen 1-2 years after purchase. We purchase everything Samsung, but my next TV will not be one.

    I purchased this TV a few days ago and let me tell you the picture quality is amazing and the speakers on this TV do an awesome job projecting sound overall I strongly recommend this tv for anyone who’s in the market!

    TV WAS GREAT FOR THE PRICE BUT WAS SHORT LIVED. THE POWER WENT OUT AFTER ONLY TWO YEARS OF USAGE.

    TV Doesn't last over a year and a half without going into a power on loop... and then Best Buy Doesn't honor the 5 year warranty... Shop somewhere else for something better... and probably a lower price point. Unfortunately it was a pretty good TV when it worked...

    Had the TV for 4 years and just died randomly. Im a big tech guy and can say all of my none Samsung devices last more then 4 years.

    It glitches and quits working consistently. You can “fix” it temporarily by hard resetting it. Sometimes it lasts a while, sometimes it lasts for 5 minutes. Better to spend a bit more money for a higher quality TV that you’ll get longevity out of.

    I've had the TV for 3 years. At 2 years I starting having pixel issues with lines across the screen. Samsung came to check it out but my only option was replacing the screen, which would cost almost what the TV did. Now the TV is a spare in my office/guest room.

    the tv was amazing until a month ago when i started getting thin black lines all over my screen tv was just shy of 2 months past warranty so the only option was to have a Samsung repair man come to see about repairs which would end up costing more then the tv is worth so they basically just tell you to buy a new tv. "sorry"

    Bought this tv in 2020. It died 4yrs (2024.) Its either the power board or internal cable connection to the processor board goes bad short circuit. It powers on then appears to finish the boot process then the screen goes to partially lit then shutsdown and goes into loop reboot. Did all the troubleshooting suggestions found on the internet. Will buy a TCL to replace this one.no more Samsung for us. Too many go bad over the years. Longevity is horrible.

    Stopped workin after EXACTLY 2 YEARS. Google "Samsung TV wont turn on" and youll see the results yourself. DO NOT BUY. PIECE OF JUNK AFTER 2 YEARS. And none of the methods work, remote battery replacement, factory reset, power cycle, nothing works!

    I bought this in Nov 2020 and worked flawlessly until Nov 2023. Now it freezes and restarts every 10 seconds. Not sure what to do now that it's past the warranty.

    I had to get Samsung to repair it 3 times. Then the screen started acting funny again until it totally crashed. The GSP had me reimbursed after 3 years of owning. I have no choice but to get the “new” 2023 model and hope that it doesn’t happen again

    This is a beautiful picture ,from more than 12 years I use Samsung TVs and always is better than other brands Thanks Bestbuy !!!!

    Stopped working

    Bought in May 2020 amd as of October 2023 it has stopped working. I see other people have similar issues after the 2.5-3 year mark so i wont be purchasing another samsung tv again

    Started off great. I loved my TV and it was working very well. After 3 years it turned off on its own and refused to turn on. Now I have to get a new one and it won’t be Samsung
