Honestly one of the worst electronic devices I’ve ever owned. I’ve had this TV for 2.5 years, it’s been repaired twice (faulty LED panel) and is now needing a 3rd repair (faulty LED panel). So now it’s a $200 charge just to come look at a $400 TV that can’t go a whole year without needing to be replaced.No thanks. May as well buy a new TCL for that money.

Bought this TV in December 2020. In April 2023, the TV started power cycling every 5 to 10 seconds. I tried everything but nothing worked. This seems to be a common problem based on my Google search. It's an expensive TV that only lasted less than 3 years.

Purchased this in late 2021 and now the screen is all black. Not recommended. Hopefully I get my $400 gift card for a new one :(

Had this TV in a bedroom and hardly used it, maybe once a month or so. After two years it stopped working, would turn on/off on its own. And when it did work the brightness was terrible.

TV didn't even last 2 years....and just found out there is only a 1 year warranty for parts and labor. I bought a $500 Samsung and not a $200 LG or some other crappy TV so I wouldn't have to deal with it going to crap in 2 years. What a disappointment. Stay away!!

The team that installed my tv were professional & courteous. They did it quickly and efficiently. The tv is great & everything works great.

TV turns on and off by itself several times a week for about an hour at a time. It's like it's possessed. Only 3 years old and comes up with a black screen. Junk.

just like all the recent reviews......my tv went dead after exactly 2 years 10 months, same horizontal lines appeared, then would take 5 minutes to turn on. now it just doesnt turn on. will never buy a Samsung again.

Worst TV ever, it already stopped working! Less than 2 started turning on/off by itself and then I could reset it but now again turning on/off by itself and the screen is black and I couldn’t do anything!!! Trash trash trash and trash

I purchased this tv in 2020 within a few months had a white line through the screen. I wanted a new tv but instead they ordered some pieces to “fix it”. Fast forward 2022 I guess it worked for the mean while but same problem but worse now .

I dislike this product if I could give it a 0 I would. Once the 1 year mark passed for warranty the screen completely gave out. was hung up so no possible damage from us.

This TV battery lasted 3yrs. Continuous power cycle, lines on the screen distorted picture and now is dead! I will never buy another Samsung Product!

The lifespan of this TV was very short, only 3 years of life, what a disappointment and what a waste of money.

Piece of garbage TV. Only lasted 3 years with light use. Stuck in a boot loop, seems common. Avoid.

This Tv went out after 2 years. This is the n3rd samsung tv that has not lasted more then 3 years. This will be the last Samsung tv that I will buy.

I did not use it that much but It died after 3 years, still don't know what happend.

Bought November 2020 and it’s now no longer working. Just randomly shut off and will not turn back on.
