Great picture looking at it straight on, but looking at an angle from the side, it is washed out.

I love the picture. My favorite feature is that it scans any device you hook up with hdmi and adjusts the picture for the best quality.

First large screen smart tv. I like the clear picture. Also was pleasantly surprised that it came with free Samsung tv channels.

Good it's no longer available. Truly low quality on the longevity. No software shutting down issue, however a display issue two times now. Lines across the display at top portion. The first time it happened was just over a year ago. Samsung resisted at first and tried to avoid offering a repair a not charge. After a nudge they did do it at no charge. Here it is a year and a few months later and the issue has returned. This TV is no longer available but this is a message to warn about the quality decline for Samsung. Yes, this TV is not the most expensive and highest features, however it should last at least 10 years.

It was a good tv but not as good as Sony. But I do love Samsung products.

When it worked it was fine. For what ever reason my tv doesn’t work anymore. i will say I didn’t have a surge protector. So maybe it’s my fault. But I really don’t know but I wouldn’t buy another one like it. Now I just use it for decoration .
