Contrast is alright and it's not as bright as I hoped for. The remote is really nice and the voice assistant works but its very slow. I don't like the lack of an input button on the remote as well. Overall it's a good budget tv, but don't expect a life changing experience if you already have a 4k TV.

I called Xfinity and they confirmed my cable box was fine. I called Best Buy geek squad (paid for 2 year warranty) and they wanted $100 to answer my question because it had to do with an external device. Insane! I finally searched online and found out Samsung has an Xfinity app and with it I got access to everything the cable box provides. Super annoying that I had to spend so much effort on this and that I could't talk to anyone at Best Buy for technical support at no charge for a TV I purchased from them - when it certainly seems like the problem is with the TV and not the remote unit.
