And has a screen that glares when any light hits it. The picture Is great when you are exactly in front of itge TV , from a slight side view The screen/ picture is lighter.

We have had this for almost a month and I have been on the phone at least a half dozen times trying to get it to work, as promised. The channels available and the choices for movie selections, like netflex and amazon prime disappeared from the bottom bar, where you select a choice of entertainment. I got them to appear for about a week and now they are goon. Can not get a remote headset to work with the TV so I can hear it and the wife can listen on the speakers. Best Buy store employees assured me the ones I purchased would work. They did NOT! I am very frustrated with my purchase.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Samsung NU7100 TV.
You can try the following steps to pair/repair your Bluetooth device:
1.Press the home button, hover over the Setting button on the far left side of the menu, and then press up direction to go into the quick settings that will appear above the settings menu
2. Press right 3 times to hover over “Sound Output”, then press up to access Speaker List where you pair or reconnect Bluetooth devices.
By default when you connect a Bluetooth device to the TV it will default the TV output to the Bluetooth while it is connected and selected. Your volume control on the TV will adjust the Bluetooth devices volume. If you are using Bluetooth headphones you will also want to turn on Multi-Output Audio so that you can control the TV volume on the remote and control your headphone audio with your headphone audio control.
Here is the setup guide of Multi-Output Audio:
1. Hold the Volume button down (5 seconds) on the Samsung TV Remote for quick access the Accessibility Shortcuts.
2. The bottom option is Multi-Output Audio. Please note this option will not be available unless you have a Bluetooth device paired. This will stay enabled if you disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth devices.
You will need to re-connect the device (headphone) if they become disconnected from the TV. When the power is turned off to the TV it will disconnect for power consumption purposes. Also if you use the air pods with your phone or anything else, this will disconnect from the TV. Follow the same steps for pairing, instead of adding a device select the already paired device from the list to re-connect.
