This tv lasted less than 4 years

Didn’t last very long
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought a Samsung TV read the testing and it says “their TVs are test for 100,000 hours. Mine didn’t even last half that long. No picture just sound. They wouldn’t fixed it told me to go buy another TV

I am very sorry for the issue you have encountered with the NU7100 TV.
To find the source of the problem, please try the following:
First press the MENU button on your remote control and on the television.
If the menu does not display, then the TV will need service.
On the back of the TV and the connected device, make sure that none of the connecting cables are loose or attached to the wrong jack. Look in the user's manual for the correct method of connecting the cables.
Check the settings on the device connected to the TV. There may be a switch or button that turns its different outputs on and off.
Example: Some of DirecTV's HD boxes have an "output mode" button that switches between component out and DVI out.
Replace the connection cables.
Connect another device to the same input. If you get an image from the new device, there is an issue with the original device you connected.
Example: If your cable box is not working on component, disconnect it and try a DVD player on the same component input.
If the TV continues to play audio but does not display video after trying all of the steps above, the TV requires service.

Do not buy
