The sound is pretty good too, even though I use a sound bar .Only thing I don't like it the new design. I liked when they had the pedestal in the center not the legs on the outer aspects. Legs are pretty flimsy, not having the center pedestal made it more difficult to place.

Crisis Averted! Bigger, Better TV vs Repairs

As I researched what was wrong and what it would cost to fix, I quickly realized a new purchase was less expensive and easier to execute. Plus I went from a 42" to 50" screen with much better resolution.

Samsung 50" NU7100 4K TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We love the 50' screen and 4K optics. My only complaint is that the sound volume fluctuates too much. At times, it is very aggravating. Other times, not so bad. It happens a lot after commercials. I haven't had a chance to address this problem with Best Buy or Samsung yet. I hope it is an easy fix. I would not recommend until I know that it can be fixed.

Great TV when you need a bit more size

Fits just right in the prior 30" area, but needed to adjust tv stand as new tv feet are spread out on the ends. Happy with purchase and support from Samsung. (TV needed software upgrade to match my modem as I could not get on internet. Samsung sent thumb drive and walked me through it all!)

Great TV

It's an excellent TV, easy setup and never any issues with features. The settings allow for changing lighting when using in a dark room and not wanting the bright light for those who like to sleep with the TV on. Great Samsung smart TV features and never any glitches.
