I have an appointment for them to come to my house and swap the tv for another one. The tv turns off while ur trying to do things and sometimes has a hard time coming back on if it doesn’t turn off it will switch ur inputs (from hdmi1 to hdmi 3) It does have a wonderful picture tho

Terrific TV for My Bedroom

This tv was very simple to set up and is the first thing I get to enjoy when I wake up and the last thing I get to enjoy before falling asleep. The price was right and I depend on Samsung for quality. I have 2 other Samsung large screen LED tv's in my house.

Fantastic television

This is the first smart tv we have ever owned and it is fantastic. The color is wonderful and so vibrant and the skin tones on people are very natural. With this tv we have options to watch programs from many different venues. We are very happy with this tv and would recommend it to anyone.

I’m a Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Video subscriber and those apps fire up fast for me when navigating. Occasionally I may hit the wrong button and head into the wrong app (TV) and pulling out is annoying but overall it moves quickly and I appreciate.

Everything in a Samsung 4K TV that I expected

I can see the difference from my old Samsung LED (1080p) TV. My old Samsung has worked great for over a decade and I would have kept it if it hadn't started to shut itself off and turn itself on. I see no reason why the new TVs will not last for the next decade.
