I’ve purchased Samsung TVs for quite a while and really like the quality of the picture, the brightness and ease of use. But this model is not living up to the brand. It’s not one of their more expensive models but it’s definitely in the middle of the pack. The problem is it turns itself on like multiple times a day. The picture seems a bit fuzzy even with HD programming and the remote seems to lack response. I’ve had this tv for about 6 months and will be calling Samsung for help. Their customer service is OK but in a previous call on another tv I think they could have been more helpful. A one connect box went up and they wanted to charge me over a hundred dollars to replace. The tv was only a bit over a year. I get it was out of warranty but $4000 for a tv ought to hold some weight. Either way Samsungs are still one of the best pictures in the business just really consider the extended warranty

Picture quality is very good and it is easy to use

Previously had the curved version of this TV (older model). That TV was my first 4K TV and I was blown away. Got this TV because for the price difference, I didn't think the curve was worth the extra money. TV has a great picture. Well worth the price tag.

I am very happy with my purchase. The TV works amazing, Got it at a great price, I love that it has multiple HDMI ports. The quality of picture is spot on, great size for a living room, the settings for sound and picture are awesome especially switching from Direct TV to gaming to movies. Overall can't complain.

I am very happy with my recent purchases. The television is sharp and clear. Its slim, thin design made it very easy to mount on the wall. The remote control is is most comprehensive. The watch is very useful and accurate. I love that I can monitor my heart beats per minute and can even answer my phone. Great!

I love my samsung 50inch tv i received it after my last tv stopped working best buy let me replace it with this tv.. i love how the smart hub pops up as soon as you turn the tv on. The internet connects to the tv fast and easy. I havent looked into all the extras the tv has yet but so far no complaints. And when people visit my home and see the tv they say that they like the picture quality and sound.

This TV has been amazing. The brightness and color quality is great even though we have it sitting in front of a window it can still be seen during the day with the blinds open. The sound quality and volume also impressed me, a sound bar will always be better, but for just TV speakers this does really well.

I purchased this TV for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it and so do I. The picture is Amazing and setup was very easy and I got a Great price on this also so that made it even better. I am actually going to be replacing one of my tv's next so I am definitely going with this one! Highly recommended

I’ve had this tv for about a year now and it was a great purchase I don’t regret going with Samsung even though other brands are less expensive. This Tv has done everything my ‘extreme’ gaming has required of I think lol. Samsung 4K movie quality is still looking great and be my gaming is going strong.

We've really enjoyed our new TV. We had this one mounted on the wall and while we considered a 55" we settled on this size. It turned out to be perfect for our room. Love the wall mount, crisp consistent picture. Big enough to see from all the areas in our living room without overwhelming the wall or furniture.

Being not sure that upgrading the TV would be that much different, I didn’t feel the need to go top dollar. Having heard how many people loved the Samsung, I decided on this one. Wow, it’s great, and the smart tv capabilities made it a simple decision about not going back to cable. Definitely worth the change.

Bought this to replace 2 smaller tv's, one that had given up the ghost and the other was older than the hills. The picture on this is fantastic. The external bluetooth adapter works seamlessly with this tv and the headphones I purchased to save my ears when using my treadmill! I am really pleased with the TV

Bought yesterday 9/16 to upgrade my 5 year old LG due to a backlight going out. Definitely an upgrade from my older TV. Picture quality is great. Refresh rate is perfect. My kids can still play their Wii on it and my Xbox One works great with it.
