Great picture, good color, plenty of options and internet capabilities. But I was kind of bummed when I found out it had no blue tooth capabilities. Other than that great TV., The customer service was very friendly and helpful.

Clear picture. Easy to set up. Remote has a lot of buttons and would be nice if they were back lit

We love this tv! We had a new tv added to a living room and this one was perfect for our space. It has a beautiful picture and clear sound quality. It is easy to use and paired perfectly with the Samsung 4G Blu-ray player we purchased. The remote control is also easy to use. We are very happy with our purchase. No complaints at all! One tip for tv buyers though... if you are unsure of what size you want to purchase for your space, the TV screens are measured corner to corner like an X not horizontally like a line ———- . I just learned that myself. I hope that helps.

Bought this TV for my parents based on Samsung reputation (marketing...). It's a good TV but there are better ones out there. a few months later I bought a Sharp with similar size&features and built in Roku. I will only buy Sharp from now on. Less $$ with equal picture quality, much better sound and the Roku is far superior to Samsung's idiotic Smart TV app structure. I also don't like this remote. there are no tactile differences for the buttons. I have to put on my readers and study the layout to find the basic functions which on other remotes are easy to feel by shape and layout. Still giving 4 stars and recommended to a friend, it's not bad... just not as good as my Sharp

I purchased the Samsung NU7100 50" TV as a second TV to use in another part of my home. The picture is quite good (not as sharp as the newest models but still as good as other models for this technology level). The size is perfect for the space where I have set it up. I purchased a Samsung 3.1 Channel Soundbar w/Subwoofer as well to further enhance the listening experience. I'm very satisfied with the TV and Soundbar package.

I must say, the picture on this tv is incredible. The motion is smooth, the color is close to natural and accurate and I still can’t believe I spent only $450 on this tv. I don’t know how they do it, but the blacks stay so black it looks like an OLED. The only con is the viewing angles slightly wash out but that’s common with a lot of tvs but it’s not horrible. Everything looks great on it and it’s just as good, if not better then my iMac 5k.. a must get.... friends are shocked on how little I spent.. I’m a tech geek too.

Very nice tv. The picture is clean and easily adjusted to suit your tastes. The smart tv functions are very easy to use and really fluid. Smart TV's have come a long way and I feel like this one's UI is pretty self explanatory. Plus it works very smoothly. The sound I think surprised me the most. I really dig the bass and it's projection into the room. It made me pause on getting a sound system for a little while at least. Overall a great tv for a decent price point. No complaints overall.

Picture is outstanding in Ultra 4K. Plenty of features for a SmartTV and very easy to set up. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased the Samsung - 50" Class - LED - NU7100 Series and am really happy with it. The picture quality is good and customizable. I own an LG smart HDTV and I have to admit, the sound from my Samsung is way better than the LG. The Samsung has different sound settings and even without a sound bar, it sounds great. I also purchased the mounting rack with the television and it was very easy to install. I would highly recommend this television. Movies and sports look great on this TV.

Easy setup, the initailization program walks you through what wires to put where, how to hook up the internet, all your apps like vudu or Netflix and grabs all the local channels for you by itself. The picture is amazing with twice as many pixels as 1080p and the blacks are deep.. looks like the tv is off.. they are so rich.. I wish the remote was backlit.. but otherwise awesome buy!!

I have had the tv about a week now, set up was easy, 4 screws and the holes lined up. I have only used streaming apps and the picture is very sharp. I don't have a sound bar, but for us the built in speakers are quite sufficient. The tv seems stable enough on the included legs, the connections are easy to get to and I think it looks ok. Overall I am quite happy with the purchase, I would recommend it if you are looking for a fair priced, nice features tv.

many pros: excellent picture, excellent sound quality, easy unpacking and very easy set up. You can use an app to set up the TV or just let it set up with using your phone app. The only problem I have is the attachment to the wall mount which is only more difficult than it needs to be because the bolts are not included with the TV and I am having a challenge finding the correct size. But if you use a stand, this TV is an excellent value all the way around

We were looking for a TV with streaming capability, smart, 4K, HDR. The colors are vibrant and the ease of switching from cable to streaming is simple. The sound when switching from cable to streaming is however an issue (TV is very low on cable and very loud with the initial switch to streaming). The remote can also glitch and if not pointed almost directly within 5 ft of the TV it works very slowly. Overall great purchase for reasonable price.

TVs are getting better and better. Stunning picture, zillions of inputs, apps to do anything you want (Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, Sling, etc.), standard mount, simple remote control (and the TV works with every Samsung remote control since at least 2009), super light-weight (have you lifted a 21" CRT-based TV lately??), minuscule bevel, etc., etc. I only have one complaint: The viewing angle of this TV is not as good as the old Samsung HDTV it replaced. That is, when I am washing dishes at the sink (the TV is almost edge-on from this perspective), I really cannot see what is showing. This is an absurd angle (85 degrees off from center-line), but it is real. So (sigh!) when there is a thing on the TV I really need to see, I have to leave the sink, dry my hands, and walk 5 steps over to where I can see it. I'll live.

Get some help if you need to lift any higher than your shoulder level. And I would advise making any and all connections to it before you get it in its final resting place. But once you're plugged in you're ready to go. If you're going to be sitting more than 6 feet away from the TV, you're going to need some sound. A sound bar and sub woofer combo really make a difference. Really glad I didn't go convex. The picture quality is very good at almost any angle for the flat screen. Colors pop and renders streaming HD quality very well.

This is my 2nd Samsung TV and overall I am pleased with the picture and features. I had some issues adjusting the color to my liking but after a couple of weeks of trial and error seem to have found the correct settings. Set up was a breeze and installation on the wall was fairly easy. Not thrilled with the remote, too small and buttons are too close together. Also don't like the fact that when you turn the TV off, you need to turn off the soundbar with the soundbar remote. Too many remotes. overall I am happy with the picture and price.

This is a great value, especially for a bedroom tv where you do not need a complete high end entertainment system. Set up and operation is easy, although the Samsung account sign in with the remote can be tedious. Great picture quality and I do recommend adding a sound bar for the best sound experience. Great product and outstanding value, especially with Best Buys sale and price match policy.

Purchased this tv as an upgrade to my old bedroom tv. Went from 47” to now 50” didn’t want much of a size change just a slight upgrade so this is perfect . Color is nice sound is great. Overall good entry level 4K tv. Big plus is all the apps available through Samsung. Downside although the TV is smart the remote is not, does not come with smart remote like similar models or more expensive Samsung TVs
