Basically real nice

When longer, I turn tv off, wait a bit, and then restart. As you can imagine ..... FRUSTRATING !!!!! Called Samsung couple times. The first time, the rep said an update was available, bit I could not receive it thru the tv. Next time, the rep reported the upgrade had already happened. Still the blackouts are happening .... no particular or predicted frequency. GEEK SQUAD ..... R U THERE ?!?! Recommending .... but beware!
