After 1 month of using this TV the menu stop working when powering the TV on with the HDMI ports being the last input viewed. I get a blank screen and I can use the arrow keys on the remote and hear it moving around but see NOTHING. I have to turn off the TV and then turn it back on. This happens to all HDMI ports. The only way the PC acts normal is if I turned it off with the last input being the IPTV option. I have talked to the Samsung support and did all the troubleshooting. They scheduled a repair center to get with me the first one was DISH and they didn't call for 5 days then called 9pm on a weekend I missed the call and they canceled the ticket. Talk to Samsung again and they tried another repair center and they wanted me to bring them the TV which was over a hour away. Samsung tried another service center even farther but they might come and look at the TV. All I can say is I hope you never have to get your TV repaired this is terrible service. I had a TCL and they send a tech to you and will replace the TV ASAP. I thought Samsung would be better then this. Cheap TV, bad service...

This is my first Samsung TV I’ve owned. I like the smart features!

I did my research prior to purchasing this TV. You see, we bought a 40in Samsung TV 2 years before this one but it lags to connect to the internet. So I made sure not to choose one that was slower. This TV however runs smooth and I do not have to wait after I turn it on. It's the perfect size for our room.

Low price for the quality of tv. Easy to hang by self. Hulu live works on this.

I love this TV. we bought it open box. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that when the picture is moving really fast it glitches. I just hope it's from my internet connection being so low and won't do it when I get a higher speed... Other than that its perfect! I live in Arizona and I miss the ocean so much so every now and then I'll go and put ocean videos in 4k and I feel like I'm there. (:
