I had the unfortunate experience of having to return two that had been damaged prior to packaging. Best Buy was very patient and accommodating, ensuring that I did get satisfaction. I've had the TV for a few weeks now and have no complaints.

The Samsung 4K UHD television was an excellent choice for my parents, who are not extremely tech savvy. The TV is easy to set up and use, and has incredible features. This television has excellent black levels which produce a superior picture. Samsung is a trusted name in our family and has not failed us yet.

This tv is good if u are on a budget. It is a 7 series tv but i expexted more. Not a very bright panel for hdr. For a 7 series i expected a full array back panel or at least dolby vision. But it does have good 4k picture and low input lag for gamers.

Perfect TV for someone who needs to get out of the Stone Age with their old 720p TV. No need to break the bank with an overkill tv if your just planning on watching cable or streaming. This unit will do the job and won’t hurt the wallet.

Really like the ease of setup on the Samsung TV's. Only concern is with the sound bar and the sound on the tv the co-ordination on the volume between the two could be better.

This is a good television, but I found that the color quality drops quickly if you move to either side. So, in a small room where you will be looking at the television from directly in front it is great, but if you are going to be sitting to wither side the color saturation changes quickly.

I went to best buy looking for a replacement for a smaller tv. I found this smart televisio. When I start one of my streaming service apps on the tv it responds right away. I have a samsung and it doesn't perform as well.

I love my Samsung TV! It has great color contrast, true blacks and works break with my Apple TV 4K and my Xbox one X when playing ultra 4K movies! Highly recommend it! The low price for such high quality is a no brainer!

I researched, studied the competition and tested (in store) several different models just to finally choose this model and .... bupkiss. The TV is slightly above average. The picture is good but not great. The sound is fair at best and the interface is terrible. Not intuitive and very 2011.

I needed to replace a Sony that was 2 years old (cracked, my fault) and this fit the bill perfectly. I use it as both a TV and a monitor, it handles both admirably. No burn in when left on a static screen all day. The sound like every other low to mid range tv is just acceptable.

Great item. My motherboard went out on it after 3 years, but until then it was great. Had the geek squad warranty so was replaced with ease.

Recently upgraded to this TV from a Westinghouse and this TV just has blown it out of the water. Lots of great features. Bloatware is really annoying but manageable I suppose. Great TV for gaming or movie watching.

Only problem was the initial setup. The samsung walkthrough was cumbersome and probably not needed. Asked for my samsung password but reset not working and could not create a new one. Everything else is fine.

Can't believe that we waited this long to purchase this 50 inch Samsung LED Series 2160 Smart 4k UHD TV. The picture clarity is outstanding and we were able to complete the purchase for under $400 at Best Buy.

We have been very pleased with our purchase...thanks. The sound could be better....but again it could be that my "old" ears are not working as they should. Not a problem - I just turn the sound up a few clicks.
