I bought this tv for my 80 year old parents. It was easy to set up and they were able to understand how to use it.

Samsung LED TV continues to impress me with their intensity of color and clarity. This was a great value for this size TV

As with almost all Samsung products it is excellent. Easy to setup, great picture and a fantastic price from Best Buy.

This is a excellent tv for the price. My only complaint is the remote which is to small and does not illuminate.

I love this product but it’s not the right size for me. I ended up returning and exchange it to 55” Samsung model.

I was very happy with this tv.....at first. Then a little over a year old now the picture started flickering. You would think that being a Samsung Television that it would last more than a year. I am very frustrated with the fact that this is not that old and appears to be going out. I spent a lot of money on this tv and expected it to last at least 5 years as the normal time frame is 5 to 7 years. I know tv's are disposable now but they should last more than a year.

Tv works great we never had any problem so far so we never used the warranty yet

I bought myself a newer version of what I had previously. Price was lower and picture quality better. Win/win.

Very clear and visible even in a bright room so much better than the Visio we had prior to purchasing this one.

This TV, I purchased for strictly gaming. I'm satisfied with what it has to offer, just wish it had higher Hertz. I'm overall satisfied, wise purchase

I am a little upset that it is taking so long to process my authorized refund. It took absolutely no time at all to pick up my defective TV. I received no paperwork from your driver - he just took the TV. I now have no TV...No refund. I don't think that is fair. Especially since I have a service plan that covers all of this. Please respond and move forward accordingly.

Our tv died that morning and within a few hours the new tv from Best Buy was installed. Fast, easy, great quality.

Takes a bit of time to get used to vs past smart TVs I’ve had but once set up its as good as it gets

This tv is awesome it has a great resolution and has may great features. Would recommend this to anyone
