The issue was 2 lines coming up from the bottom and getting worse (making it hard to see some parts of the screen) This tv is has an excellent screen, and decent volume. I docked it 1 star because of the Tizen smart tv programming. It was hard to figure out how to get an app that I downloaded on the TV to the main strip where the apps we use most often reside. The previous tv was really easy to add the app, but this one I had to go through some gyrations to get it there. I would have given it 4.5 stars, but that is not an option. Overall, the tv works great, and my wife is happy not to have a screen that has been comrpimised.
