    The UI for this smart TV is impressive. However when you need to type while using the search command its really a pain. Hope this feature of this TV is looked into in the future models.

    The new Samsung is wonderful. The color is sharp. It did replace a similar Samsung which lasted only 2.5 years.

    Great television, but service during the buying process is the real reason for the rating. The kid was patient, knowledgeable and up for answering all questions. It was a first class buying experience. Well done Best Buy in your hiring and training.

    Problem with 50 in. television, customer service at the Morgantown store really helped get things rolling. Received word that our television had to be replaced. We were in and out with our new television quickly.
