The picture is great but the sound is not so great

The sound if just OK. The picture is good. It would be better if it was 120 motion

GOOD, CLEAR SCREEN AND GOOD SOUND. NOT SO EASY TO SET UP

This TV worked fine for about 6 months with good picture and sound. Then the functionality deteriorated. Slowly at first, apps were taking a bit longer to load than usual. I thought it was the wifi connection, but every other device near it would work fine. Then they started not loading at all. Either I would see nothing but a blue wheel of death that never resolved, or trying to start an app would only push me back to Samsung TV Plus after 30 to 60 seconds. A factory reset fixed the issue for a couple of months. Then Samsung did a major system update, and the problem got worse. Not only could none of the apps load and I kept getting forced back to Samsung TV Plus, but the remote started not responding and the TV was difficult to even turn off. Additionally, if by chance I could start something, the pictures were choppy and intermittent. Then the Bluetooth started going out before I said enough and got rid of the TV. Extremely disappointed in this product as all other Samsung items I own work great. Never had issues with my phone, SmartThings Hub, Washer/Dryer, or oven. But their TV system and software, literally, is absolute garbage that has too many bugs and frezing issues. I will never buy another Samsung TV again.

Killer TV for the money. You've got outrageous contrast, Alexa or Bixby voice, Samsung TVplus, Many function settings, including 3 Start screen options. Sadly, the eHDMI connection is not reverse compatible with the standard HDMI found in many older AV systems, but I suspect this is true with all newer TVs. I was not made aware of this fact at the time of sale. Points off the cool scale...

I have three TV’s in the house and all are Samsung and all of them were purchased at Best Buy! A world class product purchased from a world class business!

Very happy with this purchase, set up was easy. The associate that helped us was very helpful and seemed knowledgable and able to answer our questions before purchase.

Everything about this smart tv spells excellent while the description understates its quality. I would buy another if I had a place to put it. Samsung means quality.

I previously had an older Q60 model that I enjoyed for years until it was time for an upgrade. The TV is lightweight with a bright screen. The speakers could be louder in my opinion but it has a decent volume level.

Always feel comfortable buying from Best Buy! You can feel confident you will get a quality product for a very comparable price! Very easy to purchase either online on in store!

This TV is wonderful and I really appreciate all the help we got from Best Buy employees in picking out something that even the technology challenge older adults can work with ease.
