    Purchased as a gift for Xmas of 2023 and the recipient didn't get a chance to hook up the TV until March 2024. The TV lasted one month and then completely went black screen. Sound could be heard, but the picture just stopped working. Tried several different input options and no picture would appear. Very disappointed in the quality of this model as I owe and have purchased all Samsung TVs...

    The tv works great! No complaints at all at this time. Ive only had it for a month though, so there is obviously time for something to go wrong. It has a ton of cool features.

    I never write reviews. Beware of samsungs products and do your research. The only thing this TV has consistently done is turn off both picture and audio randomly. Its been a headache trying to troubleshoot since the first day of purchase, which I couldn't connect my xbox due to picture going in and out and rebooting. Thought it was fixed and now the soundbar nor tv audio work more than a minute. Save yourself time and money and look for another TV. This one's burnt after not even owning it a full month.

    One month old tv and already issues…smh

    Picture turns a pink hue sometimes. Received some kind of warning on my screen one time about picture error and it has frozen as a pink hue a few time. TV is only a month or old.

      You can go to Home > Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and configure the TV settings to your taste with functions such as Brightness, Contrast, Sharpness, Color, Tint (G/R), and many more.

    I am not impressed with the video and picture quality. The quality is below for me. I want an improvement I this. The video quality for channels and YouTube isn’t good for me

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

    TV is great Samsung sucks, the only way to download apps is to have an account with them if you don't you can't get the apps you normally use. I had a Samsung account but because my phone number changed it would not allow me to download apps. I got arround this with a fire stick but the whole experince sucked, no more Samsung

    It was a broken tv. There was a veetical bamd running from top to bottom.of the screen i had to exchange it for the samsung cu7000 which is much better.

    Much better than my previous vizio. Got it for the xbox and its a very nice tv. My only issue is the sound and picture settings i like. I have to adjust everytime i turn on the tv, its doesnt save my previous settings.

    Bestbuy support sucks... did not recive the order

    Horrible experience with Bestbuy... not only did the order not arrive on Dec 7 as promised, I am also not able to get it canceled for a refund... I have been in touch with support min. 4 times since dec 10. And every single time all I hear is canceled and refunded, order still in "shipped" status... my gift card of $150 not refunded, nor my CC. I can not use my gift card for another purchase... horrible support, horrible customer service...

    Middle of the road TV. There is better and there is worse. The more money you spend, the better the TV. It is that simple. We bought the TV for the 3rd bedroom. Not used as much as the family room TV.

    After 2 hours of use, the audio begins to stutter and the screen freezes. When this happens, the TV cannot be turned off by the remote but I have to unplug it from the outlet. I have tried it in various outlets and it is plugged into to a surge protected power strip. Very dissappointed.
