Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I opened the box, and mounted the TV it was having trouble login with Samsung Smart Cast system and would start, I call the help number in the paperwork. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful he quickly handled my problems and had it operating in a few minutes. I would definitely purchase another Samsung.
