My only complaint is there is no quick way to get into the sleep time. It requires several buttons to get there. I did come up with a work-around using Alexa but wow...I miss that!

I’m not sure what may happened to ours…it freezes and turns off by itself, will barely turn on with the remote. This is just one Samsung tv product though. Not to say all are this way but it was possibly just ours! I love Samsung tvs. Have had my previous for over 5 years and it’s still kicking. Don’t let this deter you from buying this tv but just be cautious and CHECK YOUR TV BEFORE REMOVING YOUR TAGS!
