    Others are correct. It is slow to respond to channel changes but my most annoying fault is the antenna reception. My old Samsung never had a problem with my over the air antenna. This one rarely works and not without plenty of manipulation of the antenna. I tried to return as I was on vacation when it arrived and they would not budge on the return window. Not happy.

To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
