Weather it be Netflix, Samsung TV Plus, Prime, or Pluto there can be persistent pauses and buffering. If you are not going to stream, it is a nice TV.

Tons of things could have gone wrong but instead just a few hours later my friends called to tell me they had taken it home set it up and were already watching tv. Great job Best Buy
