Sharp picture, easy to customize list of services, several are pre-loaded. The remote is only drawback. Many remotes have a circle button that can be used for directing the curser in any direction rather than a separate button for each movement. For me that is a better feature that was missed by Samsung.

Ok TV but the remote control is a problem

I bought it during Black Friday for $297. My main problem I have is the delay response when using the remote control. Sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds to respond on volume or switching channels. I wish I could have returned it but I just didn’t want to deal with taking it back etc.

First, let's ensure your TV’s firmware is up to date by going to Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
Finally, I recommend replacing the batteries in your remote.
