It was scary at first but we found that we have more channels than ever before. It was the best decision we ever made.

Pulled up to receive my order; they came right out and placed it in my vehicle. I never left my vehicle. The entire process took less then 15 minutes. Customer service was amazing!

Has Samsung Live TV built in alongside with all your standard streaming apps. The WiFi connection is kinda spotty at times but does do 5ghz not just 2.5ghz. With a Samsung account you can stream your PC to it through an app. Also you can connect a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard so you don't even need the computer in the same room

And trying to contact geek squad or Best Buy itself has been a hassle . MY TV GETS COMPLETLY DIM OUT OF THE BLUE MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY . At first my tv didn’t even work for any show or app , somebody from geek squad came to fix it not this has been happening fkt over 2 weeks .

The sound system is okay - we wish it was a little louder. We bought a Samsung soundbar to boost the sound being emitted from the television.

I am impressed with the performance. Everything has been running smoothly with games, apps, movies, and more. Resolution is great. I attached photo with the 43" tv review. Love it has port usb and app menu is easy to follow.

Cons:No voice command in remote,no youtube shortcut in remote.Lot of lag when you switch apps.Price is still the same as blackfriday deal.So not sure what was the deal!

So easy to turn on with my controllers unlike my old samsung I had to use so many prompts to just turn on the TV.
