    I think it's a good TV hard to tell received damaged has to be returned to the store for replacement will report back later when I get it up and running

Unfortunately, even if a TV is double-boxed and the packaging shows no evidence of harm, a TV can still be damaged during transit if proper care is not taken. For example, if the TV were sitting in an incorrect orientation – laid on its side or tilted – during transit, damage could have been done.

    Great TV, for my son. We are gamers and the refresh rate is more than enough for our conosole. Only kinda annoying thing doesnt have voice commands control option like my other samsung

    I'd been on the fence about buying a TV for my bedroom because I didn't think I needed THIS much TV. Boy was I wrong! The size fits oh so well in my room. The picture is something yet nothing short of AWESOME, I love how I can sync it with my Samsung phone, and I have every app needed to satisfy a Saturday chill day. My only gripe is the sound. It's not the best, because you have to turn up the volume to almost 50 in order to get a crisp sound if you're watching a movie, or listening to music. I may have to get a sound bar to offset the sound. But overall, this is a great product.

      Hey Love,

      We appreciate your purchase and feedback regarding the TU690T TV. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.

      2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.

    Picture is really good, a bit too many buttons on the remote and I have a tendency to hit the wrong one in the dark. Would’ve been nice if the remote lit up.
