    I love this TV and specifically wanted a Samsung because most of my appliances are Samsung "smart". I needed Bluetooth which works well, but there are some features of this tv that I don't like. I don't like the way the apps are laid out and I don't like that it automatically chooses a channel for you if you take to long. Other than those 2 things, I like the tv.

      I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with slow software. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.
