    The smart functions are kinda slow and there is no HBO max app. Picture quality is great

      I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with slow functions. To ensure performance is fully optimized, please make sure your TV is running the latest firmware. To do so, go to Settings> Support> Software Update. You can easily update from there if necessary.

      Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.

      I can also confirm that the HBO Max app is supported on the TU690T TV.

    Nice tv. Working great so far. Didn’t come with the screws we needed to mount it to our existing wall mount, but it came with instructions on what we need to buy. Still haven’t mounted it yet, but a good buy.
