||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This TV worked fine for 2.5 years sitting completely undisturbed on a family room table, and then suddenly the screen was two-thirds covered with thick black vertical lines and neither Samsung nor Best Buy offered to do anything to assist us in repairing or replacing it, other than directing us to a repair shop with a $300 fee.
