It struggles to keep up with anything more than a volume input from the remote. The screen is okay, not spectacular, and suffers from some of the edge backlight issues that plague Samsung TVs. I'm likely not going to buy another Samsung TV again

The remote is horrendously delayed and the tv has trouble connecting to the wifi every time I turn it on. Every. Single. Time. I sometimes have to unplug it and plug it in again before it will reconnect. It often doesn’t detect ANY wireless networks available. This TV has been so much trouble. I thought it would be reliable being a Samsung, but I was wrong. Save yourself some frustration and money and buy a different TV.

Next, I recommend utilizing the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care.
