    Just not happy with the brightness, contrast, and color capability of this HD TV model. My Sony Bravia TV from 2005 had an overall better picture quality.

      Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1) Standard: Default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Most suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.

      You can also go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine-tune your image.

    This TV has a great picture quality, and easy to navigate menus. My only complaint is that it froze several times during the initial setup, requiring me to start over each time.

    I like theis Samsung tv but hate the remote I was pleasantly surprised to find a variety of free tv channels with “commercials “.

    For the price, its well worth it for. Great picture and sound but it tends to need higher volumes. Its perfect in my bedroom. Havent tried any video games on it yet.
