It's a good tv with good quality but the only issue is the apps. It doesn't load up in time.

I bought this 4K after taking back a cheap terrible Vizio "4K" 55 inch. I’m glad I took that Vizio back that I was never happy with, and even had screen not turning off properly almost two weeks in. I saw much better results IMMEDIATELY with this Samsung!!! Even though there aren’t many 4K programs out, there are many ways you can tell this TV is great. One just even watching regular cable looks even better than 1080 and we know 1080s are great. If you have ANY PROGRAM or software that gives you an opportunity to watch the TV in 4K please take advantage of it. The 4K is simply amazing. Don’t expect the cable companies to have the 4k available though as most have not caught up with it and don't know when they will. And when they do, hopefully they won’t block our already paid for 4K like they block our already paid for HD then try to make us pay extra for something we already have on our cable bills. But that’s a different (greedy cable company) issue unrelated to Samsung and other TV makers. All the smart features work great. And let me add for the record, please keep in mind that any product you have that has to work off your WIFI or cable box, MAKE SURE YOUR WIFI AND CABLE BOXES WORK AS THEY SHOULD or you may find yourself thinking your tv or other electronic product doesn’t work right, when in fact it’s your provider. Example, When I first bought the Samsung, I felt like the smart services weren’t coming through as clear and crisp as I wanted but I had a feeling it wasn’t the TV. So I ran a real Ethernet cable instead of using my Wi-Fi and noticed better results immediately. Then I went ahead and called my cable provider and told them I didn’t think my Wi-Fi was working like it should. They ended up replacing a very old cable modem I had, being such a long time customer – once they did that, everything looked like it should regardless of using Ethernet cord or Wi-Fi with the smart TV. Just make sure your provider system is good before you say your smart devices don’t work is all I am suggesting if you find everything else seems to work. Also the Bluetooth, mirroring / casting, and all that other stuff that works with our laptops and smart phones work seamlessly as well. I am very happy with this product. The only thing that doesn’t work great is the usb port for video. Most TVs do a terrible job with this, and most people don’t use them anyway. But for the few like myself that love being able to put in a jump drive or portable device where we have movies and videos it would be great if they could make sure that the tv is able to follow the proper order of the videos. It’s hardly a deal breaker and most people probably don’t even deal with this anyway. The TV works well, it does what is supposed to do, the remote is sturdy which is important when you have a hardwood floor and children LOL, TV is fast and responds quickly to commands, and the picture looks great! Even the base sound is decent whereas most flat screens TV sound is not good. Of course I still have a sound bar hooked up because that’s just how I like my stuff.

Not pleased at all with this supposedly smart tv. I was under the impression that a smart tv would adjust the picture if it was too dark but when I first turn it on it appears fine but after just a few seconds the picture gets very dark and it looks like it's night time on the screen and the cast forgot to turn the lights on.
