An "Enhanced" refresh rate for sports and action films is not even close to what you get with a true 120hz.

Great TV for the money, I only wish I would've purchased a larger one!

Out on ranch talent is hard to find. Once installed I am sure I will love it

I love the visual and features. Wish I had the option for voice recognition.

Had two HD Samsung TVs prior to this purchase. Picture quality is not as sharp as anticipated or expected. 4K Ultra is basically inconsequential considering most cable providers do not offer 4K quality. Still all things considered, sale price made it fairly affordable.

I chose Samsung over LG and overall I am not happy with the purchase. The smarthub apps don't work well. I spoke with an employee at Best buy and they said that is common with this model. No udpates could fix it.

I had a lot of good times using and enjoyed it a lot.

What a great picture our Samsung 55 inch 4K TV provides... 4K service is not in our area yet but it give a very defined HD picture above the normal HD picture offered on cable TV. It is easy to connect at setup and makes using the DVD player a breeze for all of us not so Tec savey seniors. The only down fall I see with this TV is the volume levels between TV shows and commercials are not something you have the option to balance in settings...

If the TV was in a room to simulate home use so you could hear JUST that particular TV I would have been able to hear that the sound projection was not as good as it sounded on the show room floor. There were many other TV's being played at the same time.

Was great while it lasted, but Samsung never lasts past the warranty dates. Get the extended warranty and you'll get your money back for purchase of the next one

Great product from a trusted brand. Lightweight and aesthetically pleasing while producing good looking up conversion at 60Hz. I wish these companies would be more honest about their refresh rates but only a few minutes of research provides the proper information about the product. I have had no problems using any of the features.

The TV itself is nice with great picture and colors. The sound is great, the apps that I use the most are there, plus it's easy to set up. I am giving 4 stars out of 5 because of the refresh rate which according to the specs is 120hz but indeed it's 60hz native. I have a 42' HDTV Samsung which I bought 7 years ago with a refresh rate of 700hz and till this point I still love and will keep and I whish this 4k tv was at least 240hz so I wouldn't complain about it. That would have been perfect. Motion blur is a real concern to me and you will notice it too in a split second. Still tweaking with the video options until I am comfortable with what I see. Still images are astonishing great and so are slow moving scenes and the 4k videos that you can watch through the YouTube application.
