I have had this TV a month and so far I am really unhappy. It has this display that just shows up periodically for no reason. Also the sound pops about once an hour so I do not expect the sound to last more than 6 months.

How can a $1100 UHD 4K Samsung have and advertise apps And features that cannot be accessed and not be programmed into the TV. This was the reason this tv was selected and Netflix, Hulu etc do not work

not happy with best buy service... i sent an email to them that i am facing some issues with tv which i purchase with them (same day of purchase) and they reply me after 25 days..

We bought this TV a week ago and it was a simple set up. The color is fantastic and almost seems 3-D. It's the perfect size for our bedroom and the remote is easy to navigate. The sound is also great, so I'm not sure why others have downgraded the TV due to the sound unless they are expecting the TV to act as a movie theater??? This TV is actually rated higher than the 4.7 it gets as I can't understand why people leaving the reviews give it a 3 or 4 star and state they love the TV, Best TV ever and don't leave anything negative about the TV. One person gave the TV a 1-star because they had issues with Best Buy! To me, that isn't grading the TV - leave a 1-star on the Best Buy website. Lastly, we love this TV, got the 5-year warranty on it so we won't have to deal with Samsung and Best Buy's Geek Squad has always been extremely good at servicing the merchandise they sell.

I always had good luck with Samsung TV's but thi sone didnt work out of t he box. I exchanged it for a Sony. Much better quality.

Had to return the TV had major problems setting this TV up could not get past the APP setups and the agreement clause.

I upgraded to HD4K when my Samsung 720 was no longer useable. Price was good Geek Squad set up everything I needed.

Love the tv, but we find it to be more reflective than our older model. We have adjusted and quite content.

I went into Natomas store on thursday and talked to associate. He asked me questions and suggested a samsung 55" and he printed the product information. I came in the following saturday and the next rep told me they don't have any in stock and non of the other stores in Sac has that model. So He recomended I buy the floor model and He said the floor model that he tested does not have the stand but he has another one on the floor that has everything. I took it home to find out it has bad picture quality. Then I call and ask for manager and the manager says the have the tv in stock and come in. I had also bought the sound bar and had a lot of problems. The service was not good.A lot of wasted time going back and forth to the store because something or other is missing and the reps need to tell tyhe customer what they need to get the electronic to actually work at home. They don't do that. They just diont care. A lot of them just dont want to be bothered to help. Lots of impatience and irratation.

For the price I payed, im pretty satisfied. However I now understand why SHARP went out of business

Direct tv is not compatible with my tv. There is no reason to have this tv at this time

We had to return this TV after just a couple weeks. TV worked fine for a week then just the sound would come on with no picture! After 5-10 minutes the picture would come on but eventually no picture at all. It had a beautiful picture when it did work though.

It's good I really like it just wish u could conect a iPhone too

Was researching televisions for about 2 months and finally settled on this one. It has all of the features I was looking for and the price was also reasonable. Have it mounted in my living room and it "makes the room". Bought a Samsung soundbar to add an extra kick and that's exactly what it did. Operates smoothly. I have the new Comcast X1 hardware hooked up to it. Picture is AMAZING. Sound is equally as impressing. Great job Samsung!

This TV has beautiful clarity and great color. We also needed a sound bar and Blu-ray. The salesman suggested that we get Samsung for both of those, and he was right - the integration between Samsung products is flawless. If we turn the Blu-ray on, the TV automatically turns itself on and to the HDMI2 channel the Blu-ray is plugged into. We used the wired audio connection for the sound bar, so when the TV turns on, so does the sound bar. Super easy! Set-up was easy too - well-written directions and everything is so light that I could do it myself. We are loving our new system!

I have had this tv for only a couple of days now. Hence, the 4 rating and not 5. I will follow up with another review once I've had the TV longer. First impressions: The sound quality is fine for my needs but others might want to purchase a sound bar. I was on the fence between this and a Sony. After some consideration I went for this Samsung. I am very happy with my decision thus far. I am enjoying the TV and its smart features. The picture quality is AMAZING. The colors and sharp vividness of the TV can leave you spellbound. lol Purchased on sale, I think this TV offers great Bang for the Buck in terms of features and picture quality.

Has suddenly died after 5 years. Power light is on but it's not turning on. Apparently a common issue with Samsung TVs so won't be buying Samsung (anything) again.

Flickering screen after 17 days, and then screen went dark, wouldn't replace tv because it was over 15 days. Luckily we bought 5 year plan which we normally don't do, but not impressed with problems after 17 days.

I tried both a PS4 and Xbox one,both plays perfectly with no input lag. I tried with all settings (standard,movie,natural,game mode,without game mode,even motion plus) and videos for fps plays perfectly. Ecpecially for Destiny,Call of duty,battlefield and Halo. Also the 4k upscaling is amazing, a very big different in 1080p in both ps4/xbox one compared to a regular hdtv. Make sure you take Eco settings off,otherwise the screen will show dark. After Eco settings are off,the screen is super bright. Even if you lower the backlit and contrast,it still show brights. Blacks look black and whites look white (not redish or blue like most hdtv). This is the perfect tv for gaming,it really gives you the next Gen experience. All the tv apps work perfectly and quick. There mainly hbo go,starz,netflix,hulu,youtube and amazon,iptv and wwe. More will be added and the apps update automaticly. I reccomand this for gamers,who are looking for an amazing next gen experiance. Even if your an old school gamer there no input lag. Another cool feature for old school gamer is that you can perfectly resize 4:3 content to fit the screen. All 4:3 content can be perfectly be stretch to fit the screen,no over scan problems like when you stretch on most hdtv.
