Picture is just as good as any LG, or sharp picture that uses 4k. Still waiting on more 4k content to really enjoy the t.v. Only issues I have with the t.v is the stand, 4 tiny screws hold this tv up;however, only 2 actually fit the TV. The TV still stands like its suppose to, glad I have the 5 year plan with it.

I went into the store with only basic research. I bought the 55 inch 4K UN55J6500FXZA because of the excellent picture and color with the 4K signal in the store sent there by Samsung. I took the TV home and hooked it up to my Dish Network. The picture is disappointing and I moved my old 780P inexpensive Toshiba TV next to it. The Toshiba had a slightly better picture. I spent two days adjusting the settings with the help of Best Buy, It did not work and all I could do is to almost match the picture of my old TV. I took it back and bought a Vizio 60 inch 4k TV, Model M60-C-3. The Vizio picture and color out of the box was excellent and what I expected from a 4k TV. It was far superior than my Toshiba and the new Samsung. I use the Dish Network and they send a 1080P signal so upscalling the signal (picture) was important for me. I was swayed to buy a more expensive Samsung TV by name alone. The Visio is better priced and has a superior picture when there is not a 4K signal available. I found this true also by watching the same movie on my Blue Ray player on both TV sets. Go with the 2015 Vizio, M-series and you will get an excellent TV at a lower price. Side Note: Both the Samsung and Vizio had excellent pictures in the store while they were fed a 4K signal. Since the broadcast standard is not 4k, buy the Visio (M-series) for the best of both worlds.

After doing some research, I bought this TV and just installed it. The picture is beautiful. We bought a sound bar as well and that makes it even better. So far, very happy with the purchase.

At 67 I am not to worried about the Apt, what ever I just wanted a great picture, and this TV gives us what we wanted. The picture is crisp, color is great right out of the box, sound is perfect, and it's so close to 3d who needs one. I hope the tv gives me better service than 3 Visio's I had they were the shortest lived things I ever purchased, won't go back there again. So far it has been great, guess we have to squat and watch.

The clarity of this is amazing. Color true. Blacks black. Whites white. I'm so glad the 60" 3D 1080P was discontinued that I bought on sale for $1104. I paid $1199, and this is worth the extra $95. I'm not sold on 3D, and I wanted a 60". The clarity of this set is worth only getting 55". When I saw this TV in the store I knew it was mine!

I upgraded my Samsung 46" HD TV and Bose Solo. I also purchased Samsung Soundbar HW-J550. Sounds is better than Solo and video is brilliant. I signed up for NetFlix 4K (limited programming but growing) and I was blown away! My DirecTV Genie also does 4K using the built in RVU feature. The RVU allows you to eliminate the Genie Mini on the TV. RVU seemed to respond slower and after channel changes video was jumpy and then would catchup. Video and voice seemed to be out of sync. Checking for any firmware upgrades to see it I can improve that. I don't plan on using RVU anyway.

The greatest picture i have ever seen and i tried two others and this is just wonderful. Especially the sports channel. Great to watch football. We love it. We are so happy with this tv. . P.S. Don't forget to get the high quality HDMI . The tv comes with one. We bought a high quality one. It made a BIG difference.

Great picture and sound. If all you want to do is watch TV, buy this tv. But if you are interested in going on the internet and, say, watching you tube videos, forget it. Their remote control pointing device is an absolute disaster. Basically unusable, unless you are a completely cool dude who won't get frustrated with the experience of using something intended and designed for a purpose that it can't handle. If a first grader had designed the Samung remote and taken it to school and asked for a special project credit, the student would have been demoted to preschool. I would not have bought and kept this tv if I had realized that the difficulties I initially encountered with the remote would have been resolved over time. But the remote really doesn't work well enough for anyone to master sufficiently to use efficiently, in my opinion.

I love this TV. I have been patiently waiting for bluetooth enabled TVs for about 2 years now. I wanted a TV that I could hook up a bluetooth keyboard to and not have to fumble around with a remote entering in data for various apps or a search on youtube. Very Cool Stuff! Samsung has got it together....

Owned TV now for 5 years now and still going strong. There is a small spot where the pixels are a little discolored at the bottom of the screen

Excellent picture.We have 3 other Samsung TV's and they all have beautiful pictures. The one we replaced was a 46". Wow what a difference with the 55" it's like being in the theater. The speakers on the 55" compared to the 46" are so much better. Love everything about this TV.

I have had this t.v now for about 4 months, pleased with my purchase. Excellent picture and color, easy to use and understand directions on how to use the features.

This TV is awesome. It has amazing quality and the smart features are pretty cool too. It lets me play things from my phone on the TV wireless.
