tv broke within 30 days
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.my Samsung tv won't turn on no power. best buy won't take it back because its over 15 days. I now have to wait on a service person to visit my house still waiting. also have to remove it from the wall that I spent lots of time mounting. I don't recommend this model and I don't recommend best buy , I should be able to bring it in and exchange it after spending over $1,000 on it.

Died after one minute
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this set this afternoon and assembled and hooked it up to view tv programs. It was fine for about 30 seconds. I tried the sports mode and back to normal mode. Next thing I see is a grainy screen and it turned off by itself. Very disappointed specially I considered buying a Sony before this. Will be returning this as soon as possible.

Don't buy this TV!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't buy this TV! It worked great for us for 16 months and then the problem started. We called a local Samsung TV repairman and he told us the symptoms of our problem before we could tell him. This TV has two mechanical boards in the back of it that makes the TV blink on and off. It stays on 2 min. then goes off 5 seconds. What a pain! We paid $899 on Black Friday 2014. TV man said Samsung TV's have the same problem and this repairman is seeing many coming into his shop. It is $499 to replace the 55" screen boards and $599 to replace the 65" screen boards plus the labor and $100 for them to come to your house. We've decided to buy a new TV and it won't be a Samsung.

FRAGILE!!!

I bought a 65" curved samsung to replace this model. after moving it to my bedroom, the screen was cracked. I picked it up from the stand in the living room and walked 40 feet to the bedroom. the only thing I can figure out is where my finger touched the screen, it cracked it. Samsung customer service is the worst I have ever tried to deal with. no one can do anything. there is nothing they can do to help you. they don't care if you are a loyal customer. these TVs are so fragile that you can break the screen from normal cleaning. Samsung will NOT care. if you buy anything samsung, buy a warranty from the store. the factory warranty isn't going to help you. I own 4 Samsung HD TVs. 3 big computer monitors, 3 phones, and a washer and dryer. I will NEVER purchase another thing with the word samsung on it. it was a nice TV before i broke it with 1 finger. now, I have a $1000 piece of garbage.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.05/06/16 I bought a Brand New TV Samsung 55',when i took it at home,I opened the box and I only saw TV without remote control and power cast,i can used it In the morning 06/06/16 when I came back to tell the guy worked at customer service about missing remote control and power cast, but He said that I have to paid $55 about it,If I return or exchange I have to paid $55 ,it unpaired because I bought Brach New TV , I spent 2 hours at best buy and nobody so this problem I really want this TV but missing Item so that I cant Use it, im angry and then I paid $55 and return it Every boydy remember open the box check after go home I bought at Best Buy Springfield Va,and talk with Sam he is super visior and then He can do it,,too bad
