My friend set this t.v. up in no time at all. I've had so much fun using it and it wasn't hard to learn the functions on the remote. The picture quality is awesome.

I have been watching the TV for about a month now and am very impressed with the image. The sound was a bit weak but I had already planned to buy a soundbar so it did not bother me. Full disclosure, this is my first experience with a smart TV but I am really impressed with that I have been able to do with it.

I bought this TV to replace my old samsung 40". This thing is a beautiful sight to behold. Comes with Netflix, amazon prime apps installed on it and a variety of other things. Absolutely love it.

This is my 4th Samsung TV but my 1st UHD 4K TV and it's just an awesome picture. The wifi connection is strong with this TV, my other Samsung TV I bought around 4 years ago keeps going in and out. I highly recommend this TV and I bought it for 899.00 on sale after Christmas, an amazing price for this TV.

If you are looking for a smart TV Samsung is one of the best. The only downside to this model is it doesn't have the HBO Go app. Be careful as only some of the Samsung Smart TVs have the HBO GO app.

This is the perfect sized TV and the graphics on it are absolutely amazing. You can see the amount of makeup people use with the detail it produces. Movies look great. I recommend partnering this with a soundbar for better sound though.

I researched TV's and decided to purchase this one. The setup could not have been easier. I plugged it in and the tv basicall did all of the work. The picture is wonderful and we have enjoyed it.

Good price point, great picture, easy to navigate/understand menu

I shopped in numerous stores that carried the same product and, together with the matching price and complimentary delivery, I decided that Best Buy was the "best" place to purchase the TV set. We were very happy with the service provided.

Samsung is just what I wanted. It fits perfectly in the room & beautiful picture. Will do a follow up appt. with Geek Squad to do some fine tuning after house is painted & new furniture is in. Always have had great service from Best Buy.

I highly recommend this television! You can't go wrong with it! Love the fact its a smart tv and the picture is so sharp and vivid! You won't be disappointed!

This TV has awesome picture quality. Samsung is always a good bet when it comes to TV's , DVD players and surround sound.I would recommend this to a friend.

Picture is fantastic. Thought we'd be able to do online streaming through the internet since it's a smart TV, but SAMSUNG limitations (probably contractual) do not facilitate this. Disappointing since that was a main reason behind the purchase.

TV is a great size and fits perfect in my family room. Picture is great, was almost too good for a bit while I got used to 4K. Sound could be a bit better, so I might invest in a sound bar eventually, but It works well enough for now.

Has a overall good picture. Has significant back light bleed through during a black screen. Especially on right side. 1080p is all you need and a good clean signal. Payed a primium for 4K believe me it's overrated. Don't get me wrong the tv is nice and the wifi works great. But. A good quality 1080p set looks just as good and maybe better

I upgraded from a 42" TV to this 55" smart TV and I could not be happier. There is not a thing that I do not like about it. The quality of the picture is fantastic. If u have room for a TV of this size I would highly recommend it. It was a breeze to set up and the options continue to amaze me.

For starters the tv did not contain a power cord. Bestbuys first option was to return the whole tv. After multiple phone calls I drove to a local Best Buy and they were able to get me a cord. My biggest issue with this tv is the backlighting problems. When watching movies that are letterboxed it is very noticable. It is very distracting making watching a movie that is widescreen/letterbox unwatchable. The back light bleeds through in a uninformed manner. My model was blotchy near the bottom left of the screen. Eventually I was able to get a Samsung tech out who replaced the panel. This time the patchy bled through backlight was all over the right side of the screen. I can't believe Samsung sells a tv that looks this bad. I guess if you are only watching colorful full screen material it wouldn't be that noticable. The Samsung tech says he sees this problem a lot and that I should return the tv. Which I plan to do. I feel that there is such a race to get 4K tvs out that they are rushing and producing junk. I will probably be going back to my 10year old rear projection Sony.

We love our Samsung - 55" color tv. I thought it would be hard to navigate. It is actually very easy. Now we all want to watch this television. Hard to decided who watches what and when.

The 4K resolution is amazing, although program media is limited just now. We played NetFlix "forests" in 4k during Thanksgiving dinner and all the guests were impressed. We got it for our son and his family and they love it. Compared to a recent Sony 55" LCD we bought for ourselves, the processor is faster and the software is more stable...hasn't crashed yet.
