This was my first smart Tv purchase. The tv has worked as promised. No problems so far. The sound and picture are really good as well.

The input area on the new tv was totally different than the previous. I went back to Best Buy several times and the staff was very helpful. They suggested several solutions but none worked. I finally returned the items they thought I might need to get it working and got a full refund. Went to Cox the next day with a pile of cables and received, in return and instead of all those cables, one small cable with one small connection. I easily got it hooked up. Obviously we had a very, very old connections system from the cable company. Best Buy's staff was super patient with me.

The quality of the picture on the Samsung 4K Ultra HD TV is unbelievable! My wife and I feel like we're at the movie theatre.

My wife and I both agree the quality of the ultra HD is superior to the 10 year old plasma we had. I was hoping to find something comparable to the plasma and so far I am thinking I found it.

Very happy with the picture quality and while I purchased a sound bar to go with it, the tv sound was better than I expected

This tv is perfect! The picture is beautiful with ultra 4K display. I upgraded from a non-smart tv so it’s wonderful being able to access Netflix and Hulu through the tv. I update the software whenever a new update is available and they have continued providing updates for this version. Every so often it’s a little slower accessing apps but I found when it occurs it’s usually because it has an update available that hasn’t been applied yet. I absolutely love this tv and highly recommend it!! Have not had any issues.

Since my purchase of the Samsung 4k television we have had hours of enjoyment. The setup was simple and we have automatic updates. The ease of use with the menus have been easy, if not natural.

This is my first 55" purchase. After much research, my choice was easy once I saw the choices. Sharp picture, great color, HD at it's best for the price.

Have only had for a short period of time but very satisfied with picture quality for the time I have had this this Samsung

It took a little while to get used to this TV. It is so super clear that everything looks like 3D. Everything looks like you are sitting in the room with them. It is really hard to describe. Even old movies are super crystal clear. I love it !!

I would truly recommend This Tv to my friends and family Samsung is just one of the best Products out there,clear and high definition Great pictures and colors! GREAT Buy is a must have!
