The TV itself is great. I only use it for gaming, so I do not need (and haven't tried) the smart TV features. If I could have gotten the exact same TV without the smart capabilities for cheaper, I would have done that: my xbox can stream netflix and access the internet on its own. That said, the resolution, brightness, contrast, etc, are all great. I had a moment of disappointment when I realized there was a half-second lag on hitting a button on the controller and seeing the result on screen. However, I figured out I can go into "gamer mode" which reduces the resolution from Ultra HD to regular HD, but greatly boosts the refresh rate and removes the lag. Since no console can display graphics in the Ultra HD resolution, this option suited me just fine.

Salesman was knowledgable and helpful. Got a great deal on a 55" HD Samsung Smart TV and Bose under TV speaker system. Easy to put together, outstanding sound and image.

Great TV. Using it in bedroom. Only drawback is the very bright red light that is always on when TV is turned off. Nothing in menu to delete it. Tried to cover it but then remote does not work. Terrible at night.

I Had bought another tv but when I saw the reviews online for this Samsung 55' and that the one I just bought was not so good, I went back and got this one, and it's amazing with the features and images it comes with.

We use this as a pc monitor. Looks great with 6 VGA screens up at the same time in a 3x2 pattern. Easy to mount, as it is not too heavy. Only 1 display port cable needed, which is a savings in cost and cable management.

I bought this over the Black-Friday weekend. I really like this TV...the picture is great and also like the smart-tv functions!

All the things you can do with a smart tv is amazing. The keyboard I bought for the tv really helps to get the most out of the tv.

The picture quality on this tv is extravagant. Own a Sony 4k as well and it still stands strong next to the top of the line model.

Would recommend this item to anyone looking for a big screen.. The quality of the picture is awesome.

Very nice TV. We especially like the apps such as Netflix and Amazon. We bought a Samsung sound bar with it and its great that the TV controls that wirelessly and seamlessly. Sounds great. I may get the smart remote to getter control other features like web browsing. Not sure how well the voice control will work with it.

This TV has a great picture. Very defined. This really beats the picture of my old TV, however it was a Sansung and lasted 14 yrs. They do make a really good product.

Purchased after my previous TV went out. Mostly watched by kids. The Netflix app and Hulu are simple enough so they have no problem choosing shows. Picture quality is definitely an upgrade from my previous TV

I bought to replace DLP and have always loved Samsung picture quality and the 4K HD is worth the difference. Speakers are not that good so I wold recommend sound bar.

This is a great TV. The quality of 4K has yet to reach its potential since the majority of programs are still 1080, but the picture is superb. This TV is the perfect size for my living room without standing out too much.

Clarity is great even with old shows from the 1960's. Gives the feel of watching videos or soap operas and that is taking some getting used to. Colors and details are great!

TV is great, picture is clear, and useful apps are preloaded.

I love everything about this TV. Excellent picture and with free soundbar package exceptional sound. Was set to buy another Vizio but so happy went with this model.

The smart Television is probably the best one I ever owned. Would have gotten one sooner if I only knew they were this great.
