Even better than expected

Moved the old 50'' Panasonic plasma to the basement (Mancave) and replaced the main family room tv with this awesome set. Netflix and all smart apps are a breeze to get to. Excellent tv especially for the price.

Great image decent sound

For those of us who do not like directions on screen, it is very difficult to understand how to use the features of the "smart TV". I had to ask others how to use my "smart TV".

Excellent 55" 4K TV

Salesperson was helpful, but not pushy. TV delivered and installed as promised. Fantastic picture and easy to use features.

My first UHDTV. What a great experience.

Nick (customer specialist) was very helpful in comparing brands, picture quality, pricing, etc. I finally ended up purchasing a Samsung 55" UHDTV and have been extremely satisfied with it. It was a very good shopping experience!!

Great TV for the money

Just recently, I have also purchased a Samsung 36" HDTV. The only problem with this purchase is the sound is like mono. I will have to hookup exterior speakers to have a nice sound on this TV. However the 55" Samsung LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV that I bought has a nice premium sound.
