I purchased the TV with the hope to have a clean clear picture, but was pleasantly surprised by the picture.

While the image isn't perfect it's pretty good for the money and like most samsungs it's a nice looking tv.

We had been contemplating purchasing a new TV for a while and decided to just look at the different styles and ended up purchasing one that day for a great price. Only one problem, we were told that it had a universal programmable remote, that is not true. It has a remote but not one that we can program with DirecTV!

I will admit I am bias towards Samsung TVs, but it is because they never disappoint. This TV is no different.

We have been very pleased with this TV. The resolution is good. My only recommendation is that the stand elevate the unit an inch or two higher so I could fit the Samsung sound bar in front of the TV.

I do my homework, read reviews, checked prices, check support and I got hooked on this model. Samsung support is awesome, they are quick to response and have no language accents!! Pleasant surprised!

TV is great!! We ordered online for pick up and it was so convenient. I'm having trouble with the TV to pick up my wifi. That's my only issue otherwise great screen. Suggest getting a sound bar tho!

It was nearly 1 1/2 years before I finally purchased an HDTV. With it requiring a good amount of investment I did a great deal of research before finally making my decision. I read many reviews and also learned about the features available on the different makes and models to decide which I felt I needed and which I could do without. I finally decided on the Samsung UN55JU6500FXZA LED Smart 4K Ultra HD TV and I'm very happy with it. That is, after I did some tweaking to the settings. The defaults do not necessarily give you the best picture or sound so be sure to play with the settings. I was able to get rid of the judder. Some people complained about the remote, I thought it was fine. Like anything, you just have to get use to where the particular buttons are that you use all the time. I like the fact that you can also set the TV and cable box to shut off when not in use for a certain amount of time. Saves on electric. All in all I'm happy with the purchase.

Love this tv. Easy setup, beautiful picture and love all the smart features. This TV is not curved, I personally don't care for the curved ones which I have tried. Excellent quality and features for a great price compared to other tvs.

My 1st flat screen and I like it! Sound could be a bit better though. Picture quality is very good.
