how are you to give a review on a 55" 4k smart tv by saying this is what you expect when you purchase this tv. this is the quality i wanted and have the geek squad as a back up.

We use a sound bar to receive a higher quality sound, however, we were pleased with the initial sound quality of this television and, of course, the picture quality is awesome.

I am very happy with this TV. Picture is awesome an sound is Ok. i may upgrade to a sound bar but no hurry. Best Buy guys delivered an setup everything quickly. This is my first smart TV. Netflix an Internet access nice an easy.

We have 6 large screen tv's of different makes and models and this Samsung has the clearest picture of all. We are very pleased with the sleek design and larger screen / thinner trim.

My last 1080p TV died. I decided to purchase this one to replace it. I'm not sure if I can notice the difference between the 4k and 1080p enough to justify the price. The built in smart tv did not allow me to connect with the Plex app; I have to use an external device to connect with Plex. That said, it's a good TV with many nice features.

I've owned this TV for about a year now and I love it. The on board apps work well unlike some units that the controls are poor and unresponsive. The picture quality is also great. I stream Netflix in 4K and it looks wonderful. Obviously cable TV being 1080i stinks but the set upscales well. Also have a PS4 connected and that's nice as well. Good amount of HDMI ports. Remember to used HDMI 2.0 is you are adding a 4k bluray to this otherwise your frame rate is capped. I would recommend this baby.

Purchased Tv because it was cheaper when bought in open box. Great clarity only reason I brought the Tv back was because I got an E-mail from Best Buy about a 60 inch Samsung for the same price.Great picture and easy setup.

4 stars due to having trouble connecting to the internet.

At first it wasn't working too well. Called Cox Tech Svs, tech had to replace cable box. Works excellent, much larger screen than I'd imagined now that it's in my living room, as opposed to the store. Super sharp picture.

This has been a great purchase. TV has many options for picture quality in the menu and the display is very crisp with low glare when the shades are open. It was between this and a curved TV and I think we made the right decision. Great for gaming, just have to turn auto-motion plus off, great for movies and sports as well. Fits nice in a moderate sized living room. Would be overwhelming in bedroom. Stand is stable. 4 HDMI inputs which is nice as well. Use it to hook up to laptop which is very fun also

This television has a very clear picture, easy to operate, and great sound. The customer service at best buy is wonderful.

We have purchased 6 of these for onscreen CAD viewing and they work great. The resolution is incredible and they are incredibly thin.

Bought this to replace a 2 year old lg model that died. Picture quality is great and all features work fine. We have it hooked up to an lg soundbar for better sound.
