So far, no complaints. Had my Samsung for about a month. Still have previous model working as well. Nice picture, very easy to use. Recommend ultra HDMI for quality, otherwise regular HDMI seems a little slow/distorted.

Great picture and easy to use. My mom is 81 years old and she chose this particular TV out of all that were available. Normally, she has no problems. She has a permanent smile on her face now.

I was going back & forth for months between the Sony & the Samsung. I ended up going with the Samsung and I am not disappointed. The picture quality is excellent. The smart TV features were set up very easily. I have mutliple Samsung TVs throughout my house and each one performs excellently.

This TV is amazing. It was easy to set up and get it turned on. My favorite part of the TV is the smart TV feature. You can go on to YouTube to watch videos by controlling it from your phone and much more. Great quaility TV for sure! Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and so is my family.

Love our new smart tv. Beautiful picture and has many nice features. Bought two more smaller Samsungs for bedroom and study.

I am very pleased overall with the picture quality of this TV. I researched 55 inch 4K models of all brands for over a month before deciding to purchase this Samsung. It's at the higher end of the price range for this size of 4K TV, but it is well worth the extra money. The refresh and clarity are far above some of the lesser brands in store. Upon getting this home, I was even more impressed with the picture. The sound from the stock speakers is pretty awful, but that's consistent across most flat panels. Sound Bar is an easy fix for that problem.

I always trust Samsung quality and like all the features. It provides easy access to YouTube and Netflix and has a great picture. I like the ease of use of all of the features.

All my t.v.s are Samsung and I've been very happy with the performance so after the reviewsci read and past experience it was an easy choice.the set up went very easy for a non techy as myself.great resolution and sound.I'm still learning some of the features and having fun doing it.More than I hoped for at a great price.THe associate I dealt with very professional at my best buy as. The setup was easy. However, since I didn't have a new cable box, the picture was fuzzy. I called my cable provider to set me up with a new, HD-compatible cable box, and a service tech came out the next day. Now the picture is amazing. Also, the sound is quite good--just don't use sports mode, or you might find the sound somewhat erratic.

Great tv. Easy to set up and got picture right away with no issues. Love the large screen and easy functionality. Great price for the size I was looking for and good value. My first Samsung tv and very pleased!

I went from a plasma to the 4K and I'm just amazed with the picture! Very easy to use. Don't like that there are no controls on the TV itself - must have the remote. Sound is better than I thought it would be.

We bought this 55" Ultra HD Samsung to replace our eleven-year TV. What a huge step up! I had read a lot of reviews and knew we needed to get a Samsung. Best choice! I love the image quality, the easy access to Netflix at a touch of the button and the overall style. We got the Geek Squad to mount it on the wall and it looks great. Because the sound from the TV speakers is not too good (as with all thin TVs) we then purchased a Samsung sound bar and mounted it a few inches below the TV. It's absolutely wonderful! I have music streaming from my tablet via Bluetooth. The family room has become a true home theater!

It's very easy to set up. The picture is truly amazing, when you see a 4K quality picture it looks like you can reach into the tv and grab something from the screen.
