First TV had dead spots on screen and back light bleeding around edges of the screen. Returned to Best Buy and exchange it for same model. Second TV was better but had two areas at bottom of screen where there is back light bleeding. Other than then the out of box defects, I really like the TV.

This TV is overall great! It does have a few quirks sometimes.. It will turn off when I'm trying to change from Internet to satellite box.

I bought it , Best buy came to install and left with old one , Plus they installed it , and it was a question of entering the password to my wifi network and all was done . image beautiful and unbelievably clear . sound is good and i don't have a sound bar . smart network update regularly with nothing to do just a message on the screen .

I have been very impressed with the quality and picture of the TV. I've had no issues since purchasing it. The only thing that made it a 4 and not a 5 is the user experience of the smart functions. Sometimes the apps lock up and you can't close them. Other times they don't work we'll because the TV doesn't connect to the internet. Honestly, it's nothing that a $40 Roku can't fix but it should be better for a TV of this price and a company who's been doing Smart for quite a while.

After the purchase of the Samsung LED TV, I decided to hire Geek Squad to come in my home to set up along with a home theater system. No problems. If you are a lady, this is great! Highly worth all the extra money.

I have waited a long time for my old TV to go out so I could get another TV and it finally did. I picked the Samsung because of its reputation and quality and picture. This TV has the most beautiful color and I am very happy with it and I wanted to hang it on the wall and now my room looks so much better. I love it and very happy with it.
