excellent picture everything works as it should very easy to operate I like a lot no problems

This is a great mid-level UHD smart tv. Wonderful picture, decent sound, easy to install.

Great picture quality. Easy to set up and use. Very light and maneuverable.

Being older we often have to ask our children to either teach us how to use new technology or at least to set it up for us. However, this tv's menu made setup a snap, it even connected itself to our satellite system without going through a million steps. The picture is clear and options are easy to use.

This TV is so unbelievably clear. It is very easy to use. So far I've had no problems.

This tv is awesome. The picture is crystal clear and easy to use. I have Apple TV and DVR and can switch between the platforms quickly and with minimum fuss

First the bad. If you watch anything in Standard Definition...it will look bad. This TV is made for media @ 720p minimum. The built-in apps work great and fast. I still have not yet used it to its max (no UHD programs as of yet). But so far no complaints.

Picture is good - I did have some problems connecting to my network but that is due to my modem. So I proceed and connect the TV directly to the modem with a cable and now works great. Good TV for the price.

After extensive research decided to buy this TV. Great picture, plenty of ports. Easy to set up also.

This 4k smart tv has the best picture. This is our first smart tv and we really like using the apps. The clarity and overall picture is wonderful. The sound is good too. No need for a sound bar.

Got this TV during the Black Friday sale. I am very happy with it. For the entry level price, it has a great picture and pretty decent sound. The smart features work well- apps open quickly.

Beautiful picture, punchy colors. My only qualm is that it can sometimes be too sharp. It can make things look cartoonish under certain situations..

I am a huge believer that Best Buy always seems to be the Best Buy in price. I have bought over $5000. In products from this company. I have experienced that the warranty department rocks. Geek Squad is the best thing I have ever came across. Four years ago March 24th I bought a 55" tv with 4 year warranty and the power board got weak March of this year. First problems ever with TV. I call Geek Squad they came out free looked at TV, accessed situation and determined problem. Repair was not possible cause power board no longer available replaced Tv. Wow. The warrant at that time was 99.00. I got full credit for TV price paid and got new TV for only 100.00 more cause I chose more expensive model. Of course I bought a 5 yr warranty for only 179.00. Now no worries for 5 more years. Samsung TV IS AMAZING. BEDT BUY. I love you

I went with Samsung because I love the picture on the smaller set I have. I watch mostly football and basketball, and love the detail this set delivers. The sound is not so great but a soundbar takes care of that. And if you buy a Samsung soundbar, you can use their auto-bluetooth TV connection, which allows you to turn the bar on and off with the TV, and more importantly, control the volume/mute from the normal TV remote control (in our case, the settop box/DVR controller). Many soundbars require you to use a separate remote for the volume. Yuck.

Picture quality is very good, remote easy to use, sound from the speakers is fine. Does everything it says on the box. No complaints from kids when they play Xbox games and if teenagers aren't complaining, then hey, it must be okay.

There is noticable washout on the right side of the screen and two huge white areas at the bottom of the screen when the signal goes dark, very annoying. I upgraded from a Plasma TV slightly smaller, the size difference is not noticable. The picture is brighter and more vivid, as would expected on any new TV. The main reason I upgraded is because I have Brighthouse cable TV which only broadcasts at 720p tops. So, all this time I have been paying for HD and never once actually saw what HD looked like. This TV upconverts the cable signal to to HD (1080p) which the old TV could not do. It is a smart TV, so now I can watch shows in 4k ultra TV but only through the internet (netflix). It cost about $12 a month for UHD. The UHD through the Internet is stunning, but very little content, I'll probly cancel my Netflix subscription. I got a free sound system worth $300, plus got the new lower price, so really a lot of upgrades at once for me. Overall, I would wait till Black Friday and wait for the prices to come down and more UHD content, or if you have cable TV and been payong for it all this time but have never seen HD before it may be worth it. BTW Direct TV and Verizon broadcast in HD, so if you already have satellite or FIOs I wouldn't bother.

This is a TV with a great deal of features. It is the latest tech 4k HD Smart TV. We love the picture quality, sound, and added features a Smart TV adds. Would definitely recommend.

The unit is well built. Simple in design and super simple to set up and install. It is a great size, not overpowering. It's durability is great. The screen cleans easily of food products and liquid spills when rowdy friends come over.

We had a tv go bad so we wanted something with a good record. So fat so good. Nice picture, lots of features.
