    After having to return the first one for having dark spots on the screen it has been perfect. Best Buy was great about returning the product.

    I just love this TV. It's perfect for our situation. We had bought a sound bar for it...but when it was installed the sound on the TV itself was just great and we returned the sound bar. Picture is great. We are extremely happy with it...

    We love this tv! Great color and quality and with the Smart capacity, it's perfect! Thank you Best Buy guys for helping us to understand all the different features! And always get the warranty from Best Buy, they take care of you!

    Originally I purchased the Vizio 50" Ultra 4K after seeing it in the local BB. I went back to exchange the Vizio for this Samsung 55" Ultra 4K as I wasn't pleased with the Vizio picture once I got it home. The Samsung picture quality is so much betters well as the speakers. Even though the Samsung was about 200$ more I think it was worth it.

    This is a fine TV. I've had absolutely no issues with it. It would be helpful if the manual did a better job of explaining what else the TV can do. The web browser is weak to the point of being useless, but that's not really what we buy a set for. The picture is great, and the glare is minimal, and those are the two things I wanted in a set.
