    I did a lot of research and read lots of reviews onany different tv's before buying the Samsung. Great value for a TV under 1000. Picture quality is awesome. The only downside is quick motion rate is a little blurry sometimes.

    Great picture and excellent sound. The built-in speakers are very good. With my last TV, a 42 inch LCD, you had to put the volume up to 35-40 if there was any background noise in the room. With this one, volume 8 is loud. Nice color contrast.. Flawless switching between internet streaming, i.e., Netfllix and cable TV. Easy controls.

    Replaced my plasma tv which had components that failed after only four years. This Samsung uses much less energy and also provides Internet access. And the sound is great and has choices for various types of programming.
