Fabulous TV, crystal clear picture and size big enough for a big room. Highly recommended.

I am a die hard samsung customer. Phone surround sound appliances. Unfortunately, this tv did not satisfy me. I first went in to buy it and got a great deal took it home and there were dead pixels throughout the screen. Took it back to the store and it was replaced but this time I tried to use the smart part of this dumb tv and the Internet would just freeze. Youtube would not work all together. When I contacted the customer support about this they accessed the tv then told me nothing was wrong and I would have to just deal with these problems. Not for 1400 dollars I said. I returned the tv and opted for the 55 inch Sony Bravia 4k uhd and besides the little glare that the Samsung didn't have(only good thing about that tv) I am real happy with that purchase.

I like the TV a lot. We were getting so aggravated with how our old TV would have to be turned on because you had to sit and let it cycle about 20 times before it actually came on. The new TV is great, but it does occasionally switch off at random times. Mind you, this is the THIRD TV from Best Buy. Meaning, I bought one and it was damaged. They delivered another one after I basically forced them to, and IT TOO was damaged. So I'm hoping for the best on the third attempt.

Love Ultra 4K. Samsung top of the line. I've been enjoying the quality since my purchase.

Got this TV for the new house and man was it worth it, picture quality is outstanding.

Purchased this tv and the picture was very clear when used with an HDMI cable. Still trying to get the settings the same way as the display was at the store

The quality of the picture on this tv is excellent and the price was phenomenal!!

This TV is a solid choice, good bang for the buck but the motion rate is not the refresh fate so keep that in mind overall it's a good TV got it for $900

I read multiple brands' TV reviews before actually going store to take a look. I was thinking about to buy either this model or Sony TV in the same display size. At BestBuy store, I both looked at the Displays and I liked this TV more. I felt display resolution is more crisp, clear and vivid. I have been watching TV at home with this for 4 months now and I am really happy what I've gotten.

We love this tv. The picture is so crisp and it is awesome to play video games on.

At first I ordered a samsung smart TV than I cancelled the order. I thought it could be better to go for a 4K TV, but this TV it's not what I expected even though I had to buy it a 4k hdmi cable.

Picture quality is superb. Sound bar produces crystal clear studio like music.
