I mainly use this tv for pc gaming @ 4k. The display lag is minimal and the picture looks good. I also enjoy watching Netflix at 4k on this tv as well. Yay! Pros: Cheap Picture quality Input lag is great Cons: No Display Port input Grey uniformity is lacking

This is a great TV. The picture clarity and color are the best we've ever had. We were somewhat concerned about the size our Best Buy associate recommended, but it's perfect for our room.

I found this tv easy to set up and wall mount. Picture quality is as good as your source (standard cable vs. HD).

Over the past month, I've purchased four 4K TV's and was not satisfied until I got the Samsung 8500. This picture is what I expected when I decided to purchase a 4K TV. The others weren't worth my time or money, frankly. If you're like me, you want a TV that can give you deep blacks for a bright, crisp picture (you know, like the ones we see in the store that we like so much). For the money, this TV is simply excellent and will be with me for a long time!

If you are looking for 4K TV 55Inch, this is the best one you can get. There are cheaper brands like Visio or LG with same spec or better, but trust me, the overall quality cannot be better than samsung. Before I bought this tv, I had to return LG 4k 55inch UF6800 because it has pretty bad picture quality. Samsung was $100 more than LG tv, but much better picture quality, and OS (TIZEN) is more user-friendly.

I replaced an 11-year-old Samsung DLP with this set and I am extremely pleased. Both sound and picture are excellent. My TV is 55" and appeared small at the store, but is just the right size for my home.

The Samsung Tv is great does everything you would want it to do and much more. I was able to remove my chromcast and still mirror my videos from my Samsung phone my lap top with different programs like YouTube. Also the picture is excellent great tv for sporting event since every viewing angle get the full 4K affect! So if you are into gaming viewing sports or watching all your videos from your laptop or computer tv goes above and beyond for the price!

Very bright and sharp picture. Sound is very good but do recommend a sound bar as a boost. Great viewing from any seat in the room. Awesome for watching movies and sports.

I bought this TV for my man cave. I have the Samsung 65" 8550 model in my theater system and was afraid to go backwards down the product line. This TV has the SUHD stamp on it and the picture is amazing. The picture is crisper, brighter, and seems to be smoother. Not sure if the tech has improved this much over the year and a half since I bought the 65" or if the smaller 55" is the difference. I would definitely recommend this TV!!!!

This is a fantastic TV with the most amazing picture quality I've ever experienced in a home theater setting. The colors are so bright, crisp & sharp, and the image quality cannot be beaten.

This is a wonderful tv at a good price point. Dynamic mode can be a little intense and is bad for sports, just disable it and it has the same motion as a higher rated tv
