This Samsung tv has an incredible picture. I am very happy with it. I highly recommend this tv model. My Best Buy sales representative went above and beyond by moving the tv that was on display and placed over the Bose solo to see if the tv would fit. Now that's great customer service. It's nice to see that great customer service is still out there. Go purchase one!!!

I did a lot of research before making this purchase and it was well worth it. the tv looks amazing and haven't had any problems since. It does require a little fine tuning in the settings but once you have your settings it's fantastic.

Bought this TV, got it home, and it just wasn't right...the colors are great and when watching full 4k content its great. But regular HD cable chanels look fuzzy. Refresh is slow. Picture not great. Returned and bought the 8500 instead. Couldn't be happier.

Great tv for the money picture is amazing - the reviews suggested that although the motion rate was low 60 that it wasn't too bad It is very prevalent especially watching Netflix - studder screen effect as well I should have purchased the 7100 with the higher refresh rate to eliminate the issue Would best buy help me out? If I could exchange this tv for the 7100 I would Let me know

Shopped with my father-in-law all day to find the best tv for their living room and their aging vision. As soon as we plugged it in we knew we found the right one, unlike so many others this tv really gives you the bright colors you want to keep up with high definition channels...not to mention the refresh rate can handle fast sports and action movies!

Love the tv for its smart features as well as picture quality.

As with another reviewer here, we experienced light bleed on two different TVs before giving up. The picture is really crisp, and we liked it a lot as long as there was ambient light. But if the room is dark, the greenish/yellow clouding in the corners is really distracting, especially in dark scenes. We finally switched up to an LG OLED and are much happier.
