It's a beautiful tv... I love it.... Clear picture... Fantastic... But that stand... Wow... Makes the tv wobbly for sure... Basically, if you don't spend the EXTRA on a wall mount which I didn't, you're going to be nervous even touching the tv... I brushed by it and I won't lie I was like "oh shoot, don't fall"... Yeah, definitely NOT a fan of that stand...

Happy.... but with this TV and most likely every backlit LED TV, there is a LOT of edge light leakage (flashlight effect) in the blacks. This is MOST noticeable when viewing a DVD movie with black bars at the top and bottom of the screen. Or with a vintage TV broadcast with black bars on the left and right side of the screen. One would think Samsung could solve this issue. The only alternative is to wait until the O-LED TVs become a bit more affordable. Currently double the price. If our current TV had not started to have problems, I would have returned this Samsung and waited until the LG O-LED TV or another became more affordable. I returned the 1st from Best Buy and got another, but, it exhibited the same problem. Before the warranty expires, I will call Samsung and request warranty service.

I had doubts about lg so I went with the Samsung since it was the better bang for my buck quality wise . I originally wanted the 810 Sony but glad I got the Samsung love it .!!! Maximize my pic quality by watching a YouTube video from a tech guy results are great.

Great tv. Awesome colours. Lacks VGA, and s-video inputs though.

This tv is great. You can see details that other tv's don't have. I have a samsung audio unit and it work together with out a hitch.

There are many more exciting applications than anyone could use.

I researched this TV at length prior to my purchase and the good reviews hold true. We've had no issues with this TV is the few weeks since our purchase. No real need for a sound bar if the room is not too big. Picture is so clear you can see the pores on a face (although maybe you'd rather not have that much detail) but it is an awesome picture. The only change I made in the settings was on picture mode (from dynamic to natural) for more realistic skin tones.

Love this tv! I haven't hooked up my HD cords yet it still plays great. I would recommend buying a keyboard. Navigating from the remote control is tedious.

Excellent picture and smart apps I would suggest a sound bar

This TV looks amazing, it costs a little more but for the picture quality for gaming and movies,and the online 4k movies look outstanding

I waited almost a year to get this TV and it was well worth the wait (not to mention it was given as a Christmas gift from my beloved wife!)! The picture looks just as clear at home as it did on display @ Best Buy, especially 4K movies on Netflix - WOW!

We originally got this 55" samsung smart tv and it's ok. Ours was delivered defective so when we placed it (after using this one for a week) we got the 55' sony smart 3D tv....hands down better than th samsung. After using both, we realized how much more the sony has to offer.

We bought this tv for our living room, it's been great, to the point the individuals are scheduling tv time on it, you got it last night 7-8 so tonight it's mine for my show. The doubter in the house leading up to purchase is now completely on board :)

I had Geek Squad install my TV on the living room wall. This TV is so clear you feel like you are in a movie theater. I have become suddenly very popular with my friends when the games are on!

I bought this TV for use with gaming systems, Blu-Ray, and to use the smart TV functions for streaming videos. At this point, we have not connected this TV to our satellite network. I am very happy with this TV. The few 4k videos I have been able to stream are outstanding and the upscale from 1080p is very impressive too. You can sit closer to the screen and watching a movie can make you much more aware of subtle things like camera movements. The movies almost have a different feel than watching them in the theater. Overall I am very happy with this purchase.

I couldn't give this a solid 5 stars. We've had a few issues. The tv shuts itself off a lot and the tv mutes itself sometimes and I have to unplug it from the wall to stop it for some reason. I've never bothered calling of figuring it out. But otherwise it's a nice picture and love all the bells and whistles.
